Jacob Toscano, PA joined SOS in 2022 and is supporting our Hand & Wrist Team. He previously worked as an orthopedic Physician Assistant at UHS Orthopedics in Vestal, NY and Rochester Regional Health in Rochester, NY. He earned a B.A. in Biology from Le Moyne College in 2015 and M.S. in Physician Assistant Studies from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2017. He is licensed as a Physician Assistant by the University of the State of New York, Education Department, Office of Professions, and is board certified by the NCCPA.
