Tomorrow, May 27, is National Senior Health and Fitness Day. We’re doing our part to help keep seniors healthy and fit by holding a free and public joint replacement information session at 11:30am to 12:30pm at the Skaneateles YMCA. 2015 marks the 22nd year of celebrating National Senior Health and Fitness Day. Nationally, over 1,000 local organizations in 50 states will host community events to encourage participation for National Senior Health and Fitness Day. Syracuse Orthopedic Specialists is partnering with the Skaneateles YMCA for an information session event on this day to help improve senior’s health.
If you or a loved one are considering joint replacement procedures, this event will help you determine the right steps for your situation. SOS joint replacement experts Dr. John Parker and Dr. Daniel Wnorowski will answer questions about joint replacement and the latest advancements related to the procedure.
This information session will cover topics including robotic surgery, minimally invasive hip and knee replacement and non-surgical joint pain treatment options. For driving directions to the event and to reserve your free ticket, visit sosbones.com/ymca.
