Operation Walk is a not-for-profit volunteer medical service organization providing free hip and knee replacements to those with disabling arthritis or other bone and joint conditions in developing countries and in the USA. Your contribution in this sweepstakes will assist in funding the more than $200,000 needed to travel for 50 volunteer professionals to help change the lives of those less fortunate.

We will be selling 2,000 Raffle tickets at $100 each to win prizes worth $100,000. We anticipate a sellout, so please send your check or credit card information ASAP so you do not lose out on this great opportunity to win some cash and have a really great New Year!

Below is the application form which you would fill out and return with your form of payment. We will mail your ticket to you once we receive your application and payment is accepted.

1st Prize: $50,000

2nd Prize: $15,000

3rd Prize: $10,000

10 Individual $1000 prizes

30 Individual $500 prizes

  1. The Ticket cost is $100 each.
  2. More than one name may be listed on the ticket but no one under 18 is permitted to purchase a ticket.
  3. The drawing will be held at the SOS Corporate offices at 5824 Widewaters Parkway  on February 14th. Winners will be notified that day.
  4. Winners will be responsible for all necessary tax requirements.
  5. This is a solicitation for the raffle, there is no purchase necessary.

If all 2000 tickets are not sold by 12:00PM on February 13th 2014, prizes will be 62% of the ticket money collected and distributed on a pro-rated basis.
