Readmission rates track the number of patients who experience unplanned readmissions to a hospital after a previous hospital stay. It is one category of data used to evaluate the quality of care given.
The spine program also ranks in the top 50 in the entire country for readmission rates and top 10 in NYS for hospital length of stay.
