Dr. John Fatti retired from SOS in December of 2018. Dr. Fatti, a board-certified, fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon specialized in hand, wrist and elbow injuries. After graduating from the University of Notre Dame, Dr. Fatti earned his medical degree with distinction from Upstate Medical University, followed by a general surgery Internship at Hartford Hospital. He returned to Upstate Medical University for his orthopedic surgical residency and completed a fellowship in hand surgery at New England Baptist Hospital and Tufts New England Medical Center.
